Since 1972, Upstate Films has delighted and inspired locals and visitors to our region.

We celebrate the best of cinema—foreign films, documentaries, independent and Hollywood films, old and new—at the Starr Cinema in Rhinebeck and the Orpheum Theatre in Saugerties. And we support our local communities, serving as an economic engine and making our spaces available for schools and organizations.
